The Dyslexia Correction Centre retains information about its customers to meet their support requirements.
Normally, we do not disclose or share personal information about customers. In the cases we do need to share personal information about customers, we will only do so with their explicit consent. If the data is shared or used for research purposes, it will be made anonymous by removing personal information that could be used to identify the customers.
The Dyslexia Correction Centre will comply with the Data Protection Principles as set out in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018. Information will be used fairly, stored safely and not disclosed to any other person unlawfully.

In certain circumstances we may need to seek advice from other Davis Dyslexia or Davis Autism Facilitators. In such circumstances we do not share personal information that can be used to identify you as a client. Should we need to share more specific personal information, we will always seek your consent.
The Dyslexia Correction Centre also communicates with its parent association, Davis Dyslexia Association International (DDAI), which is the licensing body for our professional members and the Davis Learning Foundation which is the UK representative branch. These parties are deemed to have a legitimate interest in certain data and documentation pertaining to the training and membership status of their Facilitators. We will only share with these organisations the non-personal data and documentation needed to ensure we provide you with a high-quality service. These parties have a mutual agreement with us to maintain the security and privacy of this information.
